These are AIR-BRAKE CONNECTORS for a big tractor-trailer with air brakes. They bolt to the back of the cab. Air lines snap onto them that go to the trailer. The one marked "SERV" is for the regular use brakes, the one marked "EMERG" is for the parking and emergency brakes. EMERG has full pressure while driving; let out the pressure and the brakes are applied. SERV only has pressure when the driving brakes are used to slow down.
