Can someone tell me what this is precisely and what year, make, and model this goes to? Or if it is compatible with all GM vehicles? I would really like to know please. Thanks.

This is a "blower motor resistor" used to control fan speed for heating and airconditioning on GM vehicles, several different types are used in GM cars Hard to say exactly what year make and model. By looking at the design I would guess 2000-2006 GM car.
