This is a PTO (power take off) shaft. It would be nearly impossible to say what make or model this is because they can be configured in almost endless combinations. the one you have is a quick coupler on one end and a round keyed/set screw, on the other. These hook up to the power out-put shafts, (PTO), on most mid to large size tractors, and then the input point on a piece of "driven" equipment. (mower, bailer, side rake, post hole auger, etc. the site I referenced just shows some of the many possible ends that can be used.

Reason:
Are you able to find a picture of this item anywhere online? I cannot find any PTO shafts or similar parts that match the INTL 2400A or any other tractors. Closest I found was a JD 400, but I need to be able to verify your answer.

John Deere 60" Mower Deck Driveshaft for Models 420 430

Reason:
It looks really close to the 420/430 driveshaft but the end with the splines looks different, it's much bigger than any of the John Deere Driveshafts that I've been able to find. Is it for a similar mower deck? Let me know if you can find the exact match. Thank you for your help.
