its a selfing lock RETAINING RINGS. company called Rotor Clip makes them. they are used to keep things in place(bearings, covers) on shafts. they have a retaining ring pliers that goe in the 2 holes so you can expand them and lock them into place. I'll post the link below!

I couldn't find them from Rotorclip, but here is a clue: they had german writing on the box. If you could tell me what these go to or where I can find them online, I can accept it immediately!
