That is a cylinder for a top fuel or pro fuel nitro harley. The bolt pattern for the head appears to be for a romine or PRP engine. This cylinder could have been manufactured by Axtell, Hawaya racing products or custom machined by a racer. These are mostly 1 offs and don't fit a particular make or model. These are strictly for racing engines only and that's why there are no fins for cooling. This cylinder is worthless without the rear. That is a front cylinder you have in the photo.
