if it's GM then it could be for a vehicle not sold in the US. I'm pretty sure they would standardize the button icons take a look at that weird phone button on the right controls...

To answer your very specific question, it will fit either a GMC Canyon or Chevrolet Colorado, or their midsize SUV equivalents. See the included links and note the very specific hole pattern and column cutout at the rear. It's quite unique to these vehicles. My guess is it came off of something late 2022 or 2023, which would explain the slightly refreshed appearance lack of info available online. Also, it's almost certainly from one of the lower trims (Base or LS), which the autobloggers don't generally report on. But again, the technically correct answer to your very specific question is: 2017-2023 GMC Canyon/Chevrolet Colorado.

Sorry you weren't satisfied. However, as it relates to your original question, my assessment is accurate. It fits those vehicles. If it doesn't then I will eat my hat. If you're waiting to find out the exact vehicle make, model, trim and locale it came from, you might need to wait a while. GM currently sells more vehicles in China & Brazil than they do in the US. That's a freebee for anyone else that might want to take a crack.
