I'd Like to Know:
Brand, name etc
Item History: I had these figured at one point, but lost it. A rope goes through the hole, around the back and back through the other hole. You grab the rope and swing the bag around and against hard surfaces for exercise.
Size: Comes in at least sizes weights.
