that is a Driver side door mechanism with an electric lock for a White-Volo Semi Truck. I can't tell you the year without the actual part number. But I used to work there on the assembly line and clearly remember ones just like that one. even the same color. There is also a cable or rod missing that attaches to the Green latch that goes to the interior door handle. The larger arm go down to the outside door handle. The smaller arm goes to the interior door lock button on the inside of the door. It has to be a model made between 1999-2005 That's how long I worked there before the layoff. Hope that helps.
