These are all surgical tools. The handle with the number 3 is a scalpel handle. The 45 degree bent tips go to a suction machine. This is not may area of expertise and the bounty is not worth the time to track down every piece for proper identification, but I figured i would throw you a quick not to get you in the ball park.
