This is an upper toe adjustment rod for a Nissan 350Z and Infinity G35. There is one of these on each side on the rear of the vehicle to correct or adjust the rear wheel alignment. This one fits 2003 to 2006 models. The maker of yours is unknown but looks almost identical to the one made by Godspeed as shown in the URL supplied.
