Rear 1.5" camber arm lift kit. Honda Pilot 2009-2015 or 2003-2008 Missing ball joint end links and round lift pucks. Links are the same for all years,only difference is the round rubber puck spacer as the lips are different in size,but they are missing from the parts you have. I included a link for both years.

this isn't and answer but an observation. these are Tie Rods, Looks like you are missing either the Left Handed thread or the Right handed thread. These are used for steering and Camber and Caster of automotive or recreational. I used similar items in building custom Electric Cars.
