Oh, yes we in the industry call those lug nuts. They hold vehicle tires on. I couldn't tell you what vehicles they would fit without the thread size and pitch, nor could I tell you who manufactured them. I can tell you they dont appear to be Chinese as they look high quality. A google search will give you thousand of styles, shapes, colors really quite the amazing selection. The dead give away is the taper end that is meant to cause a binding effect and help center the wheel while distributing axial and radial forces.
