I would like to know what this item is specifically?
Opinions
That is not a Starter motor. It is a motor for a Linear actuator for a satellite dish. I used to install them and replace those when they froze up. examples at link below.

Follow up based on image and S.N. Without the actual arm of the actuator you cannot find the specific mfg. It appears to be a SuperJAX linear actuator as shown on the bottom of the page in the link below. Unless you remove the cover to reveal the circuit board MFG and its part number. that is the only way your going to know for sure. it may be a Uniden as well. The ones you see on the bottom of the page have the Rubber waterproof cover on them. That is why they are BLACK!

That is a motor used to pull the slide/bump-out out on an RV/Travel Trailer. It operates the big long worm gear that actually pushes/pulls the slide out in and out. Sorry but it's nearly impossible to tell exactly what brand and type of travel trailer it fits specifically but an RV dealer could probably tell you. I have one very similar at home for my RV. Put 12V's on it and it should work if it's good.

This is what is called a gear reduction motor. It appears like it used to be a linear actuator, but the linear movement part is not with this unit. I would guess it came from a treadmill. However, identifying this motor with out the full name plate is near impossible. The bounty is not worth me spending hours looking for a matching picture.
