Looks like a Toyota 4AGE bolt pattern. Shape looks like it would be 1984-89 MR2 but can't find your exact header. Wastegate is TiAL 38mm.

Hey, thanks for your opinion. You might be close. The 4A-GE does look like it. If you can find one with the same pattern, I might be able to accept your answer with a reference. I saw some newer celica/corolla models that also had a similar pattern.
