Those brackets are for aftermarket air ride suspension. They appear to be Chassis Tech brand (I could be wrong on actual brand) They install on the front lower control arms on two wheel drive 1982-2004 Chevy S10/Blazer and same year range GMC Sonoma/Jimmy.
