I would like to know what make and model this will fit. Please use a reference link.
Opinions
They are called Storage Horns. They are used for storing weights on free lifting equipment. They could possibly belong to a specific model or just be generic bolt on additions for more capacity. If they do belong to a specific model they are rather useless without the rest of the equipment and will have to be sold as generic. The link provided will show a picture of similar storage horns about 1/4 of the way down. Good luck
