Quite interesting, never seen one quite like this, very beautiful. This is a distribution manifold. Since it is aluminum it is likely designed for pneumatic use. I would say it does not belong to any make or model of particular equipment. Most equipment manifolds are compact and square. This has to do with space limitations, mounting requirements and cost of manufacturing. pneumatic hose is way cheaper than aluminum. I would say this was designed for a high end mechanic shop, machine shop, lab environment or maybe even military use since the government loves to look good spending tax dollars. This was likely made for ascetic reasons to class up a compressed air system that could not be hidden from public view. You need to find out what the thread is of the holes, it is likely a NPT national pipe thread. Or BSP British standard pipe. to be able to sell it. I would also suggest getting it polished and a nice mounting bracket made then ask a premium as it is a very unique piece. Sorry I could not tell you it's original designed purpose. The link included will show a air manifold 1/2 down on the right to give you a better Idea. You can also get a better idea by googling distribution manifold. Good luck
