Your items are centrifugal clutches used on go carts mini bikes and some lawmowers the other side may have a sprocket or belt groove. Type centrifugal clutch in your search their is multipal bores available with 3/4 most popular for small engines. The one on the right has been dissasembeld and the friction shoes are missing.
