Those are not rollers. Those are hydraulic cylinders used on lowrider cars to make the suspension move up and down. You didnt place a tape measure next to them so from my view they appear to be either 8 inch, 10 inch or possibly even 12 inch. I will attach links to both 8 inch and 10 inch.
