This is an 'FMU' style rising-rate fuel pressure regulator used when turbocharging a previously naturally-aspirated engine. I cannot identify the ratio or manufacturer without seeing a photo of the logo and any part numbers stamped into the unit. May be a Vortech or Paxton unit or a copy thereof.
