They appear to be part of a Beam Trolley for supporting a chain fall of some type. See the attached link. Hope that helps. I'm not sure who makes the ones you have but that's what they are used for. Each side rides on the side of a Steel I beam and then they are bolted together, Yours appear to be missing the side clamps and chain hanger.
