With the chain being 1.5" wide and 36 links, I think they're from an NP(NV)241DHD transfer case, These were used in heavy duty Dodge trucks. All the other model NP/NV transfer cases used narrower chains and most were longer(49 links). Borg Warner used the same chain in it's BW4470, but the gear was different than the NP/NV.

thank you for the opinion, but that one looks different from mine , the output shaft is different where it attaches to the sprocket

New process gear, np241 transfer case, front output shaft and chain, fits many different makes and models, but most likely from a gm

Thanks for the opinion. However, the lip on mine is a little bit more pronounced and sits completed outside of the ring of holes. And the shaft is different; it only has one smooth ring where the one in the link you submitted has two.
