These are rear GM brake calipers for disc brake conversions on GM (and other makes) that originally had rear drum brakes. These originally came on Cadillac Eldorado's. The first URL shows one of the many kits that are available thru numerous suppliers. The second URL shows the original application info. Yours is missing the return spring for the parking brake cable.
