This is a industrial 25HP Kawasaki V-twin flywheel for a model FH721V engine. These engines are commonly used in lawn tractors like John Deere. This flywheel also comes as a 226-1 which doesn't have any holes drilled in it for the cooling fan or debris screen and a little different balance factor. Sorry for the poor picture (dirty, greasy flywheel) but it's the only one I could find of the 226-2 style flywheel. The 226-2 is visible in the link supplied but the casting run/date number is different from yours but it's the same flywheel. I've also supplied a link to a 226-1 flywheel for comparison.
