It's a ROCKER-ARM ASSEMBLY for a 1998 to 2011 Dodge V-6 engine, 3.5 or 4.0L. A V-6 engine takes two of them, one for each side. They are very distinctive, having the hydraulic lash adjuster on the end of the rocker-arm that contacts the valve, not the camshaft end.
