These are for 1966-1967 GM bucket seats. You are missing the brackets that mount on the back of the seat. They were available in Chevy, Pontiac and Olds midsize but also in full size models. They came in different colors to match the color of the vinyl seat. Bench seats had a different headrest. Very rare option.
