This is a 400mm motorcycle or ATV shock absorber. There are dozens of "universal" ones available with various lengths, colors, springs & adjuster styles advertised to fit "any motorcycle with a 400mm eye to eye measurement". They often don't state specific models, leaving it up to the buyer to make any application determination.
