This is a transmission gear and shaft set for a Suzuki RM125 motocross bike. This fits the the early RM's. The one shown in the URL is from a 1977 model yours could be earlier or later. There's no way to tell without knowing the engine serial number. Yours is missing a couple of bearings, the drive sprocket and the sprocket nut and lock tab washer.
