Opinions
Restoration hardware for the front end of an older American vehicle. It is impossible to determine the exact make and model with the info given. This hardware is usually available from specialty companies that produce reproduction body and trim parts for classic cars and trucks. I know I am not giving you exact make and model as requested so I'm giving you a freebie with no expectation of the bounty. This is the best answer you are going to get from anyone with the info you have provided. If there were part numbers available that may be the necessary clue to determine a more exact application.
