That is an Alternator for an older 1980's Nissan Pickup truck. I used to have to replace the one on mine about once every 2-3 years. Exactly the same one.

Its looks very similar but the 1980 alternator has one bracket mount, and the 2 upfront, this one seems to be missing the back mount bracket.
