Those are slightly used chinese made forge steel connecting rods made for 2006 to 2011 kawasaki zx14 motorcycle. ARP rods bolts maybe fake arps. By the way your measurements were askewed on the big end side by 3mm because it still has the rod bearings (thickness accounts for 1.5mm each side). So without the bearings the measurements should be approximately 41mm.

Size: Measurements/specs are pictured. Center to center length is about 113.6mm or 114mm or 4.48", hard to tell... but the big end and small end measurements are accurate.
Markings: ARP 625 Plus 15 on the bolts, 0014, 0022, 0032, & 0059 stamped on the side (1 code for each rod).
