This is a stock shifter for a W58 Toyota 5 speed transmission as used in the Toyota Supra from the early to mid 1980's. There are two good pictures of this shifter on a Toyota forum that I found. They are listed as jpg's in reply #21 down about half way on the page. Sorry, I couldn't find a better link but the pictures in the URL I supplied are very good.
