This is a gobo advertising projector light. A gobo is a stencil or template placed in front of a light source to produce an image. There are many makers of these lights. These lights can produce a static image or a moving image. They can produce different colors combinations or a single color. There are different designs. Yours looks like an older design. Unfortunately I can't find one exactly like it so don't know the manufacturer. I've supplied a URL that has one similar to yours. There are lots more on the web.
