This is a barrel and cut receiver section from a Yugoslavian M64 AK-47. The scalloped section on the front left of the receiver gives it away. These types of guns are often cut up and imported into the US as parts kits. That's why the receiver has been cut. People do use these receiver sections to do "re-weld" builds where they weld pieces back together on these milled receivers to make it a functioning receiver again. Both the barrel and receiver section are worth some money. You can sell this at akfiles.com in the marketplace free of charge or on gunbroker.com for a fee.
