Your rim was made by a company called Performance Machine. They made custom spun aluminum wheels for Harleys (including Buell) and many sportbikes. It is a very old design. They are still in business, See the link. For some reason this form will not accept https links. You may have to change the http to https. This design is not shown on their current offerings, so I found an old link with a similar wheel for sale, also linked. Scroll down to the middle of the page. Its not exact, but you will see the similarity. Hope this helps!

According to HD, the rotor "Fits '00-'13 XL and XR, '00-'05 Dyna®, '00-'14 Softail® (except Springer™), and '00-'07 Touring models." I would assume the wheel also fits those models.

thank you for the opinion, i did see those fitments for the rotor, i searched for some of those, but cant find a rim that looks like that, I would like to get more information on the rim, with a reference to one that looks like that,
