These are a universal bolt on bump stop. Will fit virtually any pickup truck with rear leaf spring suspension. Following link is likely a different brand but the same thing.

Reason: thank you for the opinion, I do agree its probably a bump stop, but I cant seem to find out what it fits, that mounts I believe will go on something specific
