This appears to be parts from a genuine Ford kit for removing the EGR cooler from the Ford 6.7 Powerstroke engines. Ford part number: dc3z9p449a I can only seem to find pictures of this on Mexican or South American websites, as this part is not sold for US market vehicles due to emission standards. Ford does not list this part as fitting any Ford vehicles on US dealer sites. In my last link, you can see the EGR cooler that this would replace, and how the coolant ports are the same.
