I don't have a link for what you posted, but to me, it looks like a cat/small dog house. The first picture is inside-out. The "well" is inside and the zippered portion wraps over the top of the well and creates a roof. The zipper appears to not run the full perimeter, so the non-zipped part is the entrance/exit. It would look similar to the the one in the link.
