They're links to attach "over the tire" tracks on skid steer tractors. If you scroll down the link to page #8 and enlarge picture #9, you will see the link near the center of the picture, with the right side of the link bolted to the track and the left side eye is exposed. On picture #13, just above the person's hands, you can see the installed link. On the second link I posted, I enlarged the #13 picture and drew an arrow to the dogbone link.
