They are called fixed control arms. They are universal and can fit many different makes and models of trucks, usually they will only be found on lifted trucks. As for who manufactured it, that is an impossible request. It is safe to say it is an aftermarket company perhaps Rough Country Suspension or one of the many others. I am saying this because if it was OEM from any automobile factory it would be clearly marked.
